We serve a God who has always cared for the poor and he instructs his people to do the same.

Isaiah 58:10

“If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.”

As followers of God we seek to shine a light to the world through caring for the poor. Loaves & Fishes is one way we seek to “satisfy the needs of the oppressed.” Three times every week, (Monday, Thursday and Saturday) we load the Loaves & Fishes truck and take food and hygiene items out to the poor and homeless. Loaves & Fishes needs you to be involved in this ministry.

How you can serve with us:

• Preparing sandwiches
• Assembling hygiene bags
• Loading the truck
• Participating in distribution
• Praying with those we serve
• Taking a “serve at home” bag
• You can also donate creamy peanut butter and new socks

The hours for our truck runs are:‍

Mondays:
   Prep: 3:30-4:30pm
   Run: 4:30-6:30pm

Thursdays:
   Prep: 10-11am
   Run: 11am-12:30pm

Saturdays:
   Prep: 10-11am
   Run: 11am-12:30pm
